TAP Pool's Amateur Tour,LLC also known as "TAP" is an International Billiards League serving tens of thousands of members every week, throughout the United States and Canada. With the concept of the organization on the drawing board as early as 1989 and hopes of being the best, the league is achieving its goals each day.
