Laurel Highlands TAP held their fall session Titleholder
tournament at the Cooperstown Vets in Derry, Pa.on January 24-27, 2013. Fifty
six teams from all over Western Pa. and the Frostburg, Md. area showed up to
battle it out in the round robin format for the top prize of $4,000 (of
the total prize fund of $12,000) and the Morgan Cup.
In the championship round it was the home team, The Cooperstown Gamblers
winning the Cup and bragging rights with a finals win over the Hurry Back Lounge
team from Frostburg, Md. This was the first trip to a finals for the Hurry
Back team. There was a special live stream table set up that had
matches broadcast over Ustream all weekend.

In the second bracket board it was the Pines R.I.P. besting
Steele's from Bedford county, Pa. This was the first time Steele's made it to a
finals.
